Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your reserved ticket, online cancellations can be performed directly on astcbus.in under the "Cancel Ticket" tab using your Ticket PNR and registered mobile number.
- Cancellation before 24 hours of scheduled departure: 10% to 15% cancellation charge applicable; balance refunded.
- Cancellation between 12 to 24 hours prior to departure: 25% cancellation charge applicable.
- Cancellation between 2 to 12 hours prior to departure: 50% cancellation charge applicable.
- Less than 2 hours or after departure / No Show: No refund admissible.
- Refund Processing: The net refund amount is automatically credited back to your original source payment method (UPI / Bank Account) within 3 to 7 working days.
